The gas relay is designed to protect oil-filled transformers, autotransformers and reactors with an expander from damage inside the tank, in which gas is released, the oil level drops or oil flow from the tank to the expander occurs.
The jet relay is designed to protect the contactors of oil-filled tap changers of transformer windings and autotransformers from damage, accompanied by the occurrence of oil flow from the switch tank to the expander.
Relay types:
1) Gas relays of ABR type (series) installed on the oil line between the conservator and the transformer tank have a double-float chamber designed to control the oil flow, transformer gas evolution and oil level in the transformer tank. They are manufactured in two types according to nominal bore: 50 and 80 mm. The rest of the relay parameters are according to the customer's requirements: reverse flow rate, type and number of contacts, cable fittings, color and climatic design.
Gas relays and jet relays are designed for supplies (as accessories) to areas with moderate, cold climates, as well as for export supplies.
Relay operating conditions:
1) climatic version UHL and T according to GOST 15150;
2) placement category 1 according to GOST 15150;
3) installation altitude above sea level up to 3500 m.
