This version of the flow indicator is made of the diameter required by the client. It is used to work with pressure: 1.6 MPa, 2.5 MPa, 4.0 MPa.
The indicator housing is equipped with an observation window through which the flow is monitored. When studying media and compositions, to improve the visibility of the flow, the devices can be equipped with additional options such as an impeller (rotor) or a flap (blade). When the medium under study passes through the flow, the impeller begins to rotate, the flap begins to deviate, so that it is possible to recognize low—speed flows and see the movement of the controlled medium at a distance.
The flow indicator can also have a scale and illumination of the viewing window.
A seal made of paronite or fluoroplast makes the device completely sealed. The choice of material for the manufacture of such gaskets depends on the conditions of the technological process. Fluoroplast is used at the temperature of the test medium up to +260 °C. It is used at the temperature of the test medium up to +450 °C.
