Product description
The FSU gas separator filter is used to purify petroleum products from vapors, air and mechanical impurities before they are fed into measuring systems. They are used in stationary technological installations, as well as on land-based means of refueling, pumping and accounting of petroleum products.Operating principle
The FSU consists of a gas separator with a built-in filter element. All versions of gas separator filters are equipped with pollution indicators, which allows you to visually determine the contamination of the filter element and clean it in a timely manner.
The filter element has a two-stage cleaning system:
The first stage of cleaning protects the filter mesh from large particles that can damage it. The second stage cleans the liquid from smaller impurities. The design of the filter element allows its complete disassembly and assembly at the place of operation, which significantly reduces the time for cleaning and maintenance of the filter, and as a result reduces the forced downtime of the equipment. A float valve is installed in the head of the gas separator, designed for automatic discharge of air and steam accumulated during operation of the gas separator.
Advantages
- Ease of maintenance: the design of the filter element allows for its complete disassembly and assembly at the place of operation, which significantly reduces the time for cleaning and maintenance of the filter;
- Two stages of liquid purification;
- The choice of the fineness of filtration by the order of the consumer;
- All versions of gas separator filters are equipped with pollution indicators, which allows you to visually determine the contamination of the filter element and to clean or replace it in a timely manner;
- By customer’s request, the FSU can be made of steel 09G2S and 12X18N10T for lower operating temperatures and more aggressive environments.
